What makes your jewelry eco-friendly?
The artisans we carry use recycled and sustainable materials whenever possible and maintain sustainable business practices. Eco Lustre abides by the same principles: we use recycled packaging to bring our products to you, and sustainable materials in day-to-day operations. Here is more detailed information about sustainability in jewelry and our role.
What is your returns policy?
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase any time for a refund of the merchandise value, exchange or store credit. A refund as a credit back to your original credit card can be issued for 120 days from the time of the purchase. After that, we can issue store credit in the form of an Eco Lustre gift card.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping (5-7 days receipt from the time of the purchase) is always $5.95 on your entire order. Rush orders (2 business days receipt from the time of the purchase) are $24.95 to ship. We do not charge a shipping fee on eGift Cards. Click here for a detailed shipping policy.

How soon will I receive my order?
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed, and will arrive 3-5 days after they are shipped. Rush orders are expedited: if we receive your order by 3 pm EST Monday through Thursday, your purchase will arrive within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

Is my credit card transaction secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology that offers communication security over the internet. A third party credit card merchant processor we use to process payments ensures security of the information you provide and helps to combat fraud. Eco Lustre has no access nor do we store your credit card information. At no time will a representative of Eco Lustre ask for sensitive credit card payment information via email.
Who makes the jewelry you sell?
Eco Lustre jewelry is handmade by very talented designers. All live and work in the United States, are passionate about impeccable craftsmanship, and view jewelry making as an art form. Can I send my order as a gift?
Certainly. Just indicate gift recipient’s shipping address during checkout and include a gift message, which will be handwritten on a card.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
While we do not use wrapping paper, our products are beautifully packaged using recycled and recyclable materials, and very gift-worthy. You can take a closer look at the packaging here. We’ll also be happy to include a handwritten gift card. Just let us know at checkout. These are all complimentary.
