Standard Shipping and Processing 

We charge a flat fee of $5.95 per order for shipping and handling. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed, and take 3 - 5 business days in transit. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We will notify you by email if that were to happen. 
We ship to many countries outside of the US. Please email us at customercare@ecolustre.com and we'll be in touch to quote you a shipping charge. 

 

Shipping to a Different Address 

To ship an item to an address other than your billing address, check "Enter New Shipping Address" during checkout and enter the recipient information. 

 

Shipping to a P.O. Box 

We can ship most items to a P.O. Box. 

 

Rush Delivery and Processing 

For an extra charge of $19 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 3 pm EST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Rush service is not available for out of stock items. 

 

Sales Tax 

Sales tax on the merchandise total as well as on shipping and handling charges will be added to items shipped to the NY State. 

 

Returns 

At Eco Lustre, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. 

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase any time for a refund of the merchandise value, exchange or store credit.

A refund as credit back to your original credit card can be issued for 120 days from the time of the purchase.

After that, we can issue store credit in the form of an Eco Lustre gift card.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

You may return merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement.
